My campaign is completely transparent, and my Treasurer is insuring that all campaign laws are being followed.

Pure and simple, campaigns cost money to deliver my message to the constituents via various media.  My acceptance of contributions is not only appreciated, but will in no way impact my independence and ability to act in the best interest of my constituents.

Any campaign donations received will be used for administrative costs and the purchase of campaign-related marketing materials. A third-party Treasurer is managing these funds for oversight and to audit each transaction for transparency and accountability. Any unused campaign funds that are remaining after the election will be distributed among eligible 501(c)(3) organizations within Modoc County.

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. State law requires us to collect and report the name, physical address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions aggregate $100 or more. Personal and corporate contributions are accepted. Contributions from foreign nationals are not permitted.
